electrically switchable exhaust system

 

for GM-based V8 engines: Mercruiser, OMC, Volvo...

System fits Mercruiser and Volvo engines with center risers and
elbows with standard exhaust systems. For Mercruiser, tuning
risers are also compatible, provided they have a 7° angle.  

Please select your engine above by Mercruiser or Volvo
and by engine type, Small Block / Big Block. 

 

Description

  • Switch between above-water and underwater exhaust from the cockpit using a
    rocker switch

  • 4" diameter, 101.60 mm

  • System supplied with initial wiring and a 2-pole switch

  • Connect to positive/negative terminals - easy installation
     

  • For GM-based 5.0, 5.7, 6.2, 7.4, 8.1 and 8.2 L V8 engines with
    center risers

  • System made of SS316 stainless steel, TIG welded and
    high-gloss polished
     

  •  2 linear actuators, each with 1000 Nm of force, open/close
    the system within 2–3 seconds. The motors operate
    on 12 volts and are enclosed in an aluminum housing.
    A limit switch protects the system from overload
